  • Four-Wheeler: Except for cars, tractors, and taxis, the applicant’s family should not own a four-wheeler.
  • Income Tax: The applicant’s family should not pay income taxes.
  • Category: The candidate must be an Ontari, Kapu, Balija, or Telaga member of the Kapu Community.
  • Gender and Age: The candidate should be between the ages of 45 and 60. The candidate ought to be a woman.
