  • An allotment rate of Rs 25,900 per square metre is the basis for the proposed cost of Rs 7.77 lakh for a 30-square-meter plot.
  • Plans for the programme are moving forward quickly. In Sectors 16, 17, 18, 20, and 22D, approximately 28,900 plots with sizes varying from 60 to 4,000 square metres have already been assigned.
