  • The login page will open on the screen

  • Once you are successfully logged in, click on the Encumbrance Certificate option
  • The application form will open on the screen
  • Now, fill in the form with all the required details like property number, registration duration, area, village, district, hobli, boundary details, etc
  • After that, click on the Send OTP button
  • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
  • Enter the received OTP and a PDF file of your property will open on the screen
  • Now, verify the details and click on the Submit button
  • After that make the desired payment and take the printout of the receipt for future reference
  • An Encumbrance Certificate request could take up to 10 days to process. You will receive a copy of the Encumbrance Certificate in a few days.
