Duare Sarkar Camp List:- To provide various kinds of benefits to the backward section of society, the government launches various types of schemes. Sometimes the eligible beneficiaries are not able to get the benefit of the schemes because of a lack of awareness. Other than that sometimes the facilities to apply online are also not available. To tackle this situation, the government of West Bengal launched Duare Sarkar Camps on 1st December. Through these camps, the citizens of West Bengal can apply under various schemes implemented by the West Bengal government. West Bengal Duare Sarkar Camp 2023

The West Bengal government organizes Duare Sarkar Camp in every district of the state so that the beneficiaries of various kinds of schemes can apply through these camps from their doorstep. Till now three phases of camps have been organized under Duare Sarkar. This year the third phase of the camps will be organized for one month from 16th August to 15 September. The beneficiaries are required to fill out the form at the camps. Around 1.6 crore people will benefit from these camps.

Through these camps, citizens can get information about 18 schemes which include Swasthya Sathi, Khadya Sathi, caste certificate, Sikshashree, Kanyashree, etc. 17107 camps across the state have been shortlisted till now. Beneficiaries can also apply under these 18 schemes through these camps. During the first phase of this scheme 32830 camps had been organized. Last year a total of 2.75 crore footfall was recorded and 1.77 crore applications were submitted through these camps.

Duare Sarkar Latest Update 04th April 2023

The sixth iteration of Duare Sarkar camps will be held by the Bengal government starting on Saturday, and applications for various programs and adjustments will be taken till April 10. Between April 11 and April 20, services are most likely to be provided. The Duare Sarkar push will be conducted at booth levels with stationary and mobile camps to reach the greatest number of individuals. From April 11 to April 20, around 1 lakh camps will be put up to receive applications and an equivalent number of camps will be hosted to provide services. There will be 16,000 camps per day. The focus would be on mentioning widow pension.

Medhashree, the Bhabisyat Credit Card, and micro-irrigation under the Bangla Krishi Sech Yojna would be the other programs under scrutiny. Formerly a central program, Medhashree was a scholarship for OBC students, however, the Center eventually discontinued it. Services Offered at Duare Sarkar Camp

Khadya Sathi

Through the Khadya Sathi scheme beneficiaries can take rations at subsidized prices. Those people who come under below poverty line criteria and other economically weaker section criteria can take benefit from this scheme. More than 4 crore people of West Bengal will benefit from this scheme. Under this scheme, citizens can avail of 5 kg of food grains at a price of Rs 2 per kg per person.

Swasthya Sathi

Through the Swasthya Sathi scheme, the government of West Bengal provides health insurance coverage up to Rs 500000. All the citizens of West Bengal have covered under this scheme. In order to take benefit from this scheme, the beneficiary must have a smart card. Through this Smart Card, beneficiaries can avail cashless treatment

Caste Certificate

Beneficiaries can also make their caste certificate through Dwarka Sarkar camps. The beneficiaries require to fill out the application form and provide all the required documents to the camps in order to get a caste certificate

Shikshashree

Sikshashree scholarship scheme provides financial assistance to scheduled caste category students who are studying in class from 5th to 8th. Through this scheme, two types of assistance are provided which are assistance in the form of book grants and assistance in the form of maintenance grants. With the help of this scheme, the participation at the pre Matric stages of the schedule category students can be improved and the incidence of dropout especially in the case of girls can be reduced

Jai Johar

Jai Johar scheme has been launched for scheduled tribe citizens of West Bengal. Through this scheme financial incentives are provided to the beneficiaries. These financial incentives include a Rs 1000 pension per month. In order to get the benefit of this scheme the beneficiary must produce a schedule tribe category certificate and the age of the applicant must be of at least 60 years

Toposili Bandhu

Toposili Bandhu has been launched for scheduled caste category citizens of West Bengal. Through this scheme financial incentives are provided to the beneficiaries of the schemes. These financial incentives include a Rs 600 pension per month. The beneficiary requires to provide a schedule caste certificate in order to get the benefit of this scheme and the age of the beneficiary must be 60 years or more

Kanyashree

Kanyashree scheme has been launched for the girl students of West Bengal. Through this scheme financial incentives are provided to the girls for their education. All those girls whose age is from 13 years to 18 years and who are enrolled in a class from 8th to 12th can take benefit from this scheme. The government provides financial assistance of Rs 750 per annum through this scheme. Other than that one time grant of Rs 25000 is also provided under this scheme when the girl turns 18 years of age.

Rupashree

Rupashree has launched in order to provide financial assistance to economically stressed families at the time of their daughter’s marriage. This one-time financial grant will be Rs 25000. Now the citizens of West Bengal are not required to borrow money at higher rates as the government of West Bengal is going to provide financial assistance at the time of marriage

Aikyashree

Aikyashree scholarship scheme has been started for those students of West Bengal who belong to minority communities. Through this scheme financial assistance is provided to all the deserving students at the school and college levels. Students can take benefit of this scheme from class 1 to Ph.D. level

Krishak Bandhu

The government of West Bengal has launched the Krishak Bandhu scheme in order to provide financial assistance to the farmers. This financial assistance will be Rs 4000 per annum. Other than that death benefits are also provided under this scheme. If a farmer dies before the age of 60 years then the family of the farmer will get a death benefit of Rs 2 lakh

Manabik

The government of West Bengal has launched Manabik Scheme for physically challenged citizens. Under this scheme, a monthly pension of Rs 1,000 will provide to all eligible beneficiaries. In order to get the benefit of this scheme the disability percentage of the beneficiary should be 50% or more and the income of the family of the beneficiary should be Rs 100000 or less

Implementation of Duare Sarkar Camps

• A state-level Apex committee has been set up by the state government under the chairmanship of the chief secretary and a separate task force for Kolkata and the remaining parts of the state in order to implement Duare sarkar camps.
• The chief secretary HK Dwivedi will be the head.
• Secretaries of other departments are also in the apex committee.
• The user will register at all the hierarchical levels for OTP-based access to the portal.

Phases Of Duare Sarkar Camps

This scheme was launched on 1st December and since then the government is continuously organizing thousands of camps so that the benefits of various schemes can be provided to all the beneficiaries. The government of West Bengal has organized three phases of Duare Sarkar camps till now.  The details about these three camps are as follows:-

First Phase

Under the first phase, the camps were organized throughout the state which has benefited around 25 million people of the state. This camp was organized for 55 days from 1st December to 25th January. More than 25000 camps were under the first phase

Second Phase

In order to ensure that every citizen gets the benefit of this scheme, the second phase has been organized under this scheme which started on 27 January and continued till 8 February. These camps were organized for all those beneficiaries who are not being able to take benefit from these camps in the first phase

Third Phase

The government of West Bengal is going to organize Duare Sarkar camps from 16th August to 15 September in every district of the state. Around 17107 camps will organize over the duration which will benefit around 1.6 crore citizens of West Bengal. Beneficiaries can be able to apply under the notified 18 schemes offered by the government of West Bengal through these camps.
